WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE
MONDAYS – American Fitness
Movement As Medicine* – 7:30 to 8:30 am
Zoom only. A body in motion stays in motion! Class incorporates yoga, anatomy, kinesiology, and physical therapy-inspired movements to proactively promote wellness. Breathwork and mediation are incorporated to inspire healing. Consistent participation can help soothe discomfort caused by chronic conditions and movement disorders like arthritis. This is a beautiful way to start your week!
Props needed: 2 blocks, long strap, 2 therapeutic yoga balls (or tennis balls), and yoga blanket.
TUESDAYS – American Fitness
Warm Yin Wall Yoga – 7:30 to 8:30 am
Zoom Only. A one-of-a-kind Yin yoga class that uses the wall and an (optional) heating element, such as a heating pad, or heated throw for additional therapeutic benefits. Yin focuses on nurturing connective tissue to improve flexibility, restore body balance, and help prevent injuries.

SATURDAYS (2 classes) – American Fitness
Pump It Up – 9:00 to 10:00 am
Zoom Only. This class uses a variety of fitness modalities and resistance training techniques, to sculpt, stretch, and strengthen your body. This total body workout improves muscle tone and makes you more resilient to injury. This class uses a variety of hand-held weights and exercise bands. Click here for playlists
Yoga As Medicine* – 10:15 to 11:45 am
Zoom Only. This class uses a combination of yoga poses and movement as medicine to unleash your body’s healing potential – mind, body, and spirit. Incorporates pranayama to reduce negative stress. The class focuses on strategies to improve joint mobility and soothe lower back, shoulder, and hip discomfort. Props: 2 blocks, long strap, yoga blanket, and bolster (optional).

SUNDAYS – Yoga In Common
YogaSculpt – 9:15 to 10:15 am
Zoom Only. Hand-held weights are incorporated into this practice. You might find adding resistance is a surprisingly powerful way to gain strength, increase flexibility, and deepen your yoga practice. Class complements all other yoga modalities and explores a different focus each week (e.g., hips, back, core, shoulders). Props include, but are not limited to 2 blocks, 1 long yoga strap, 2 yoga blankets, hand-held weights, and a bolster. Accessible to all fitness levels.
